Plastmore invests on new lab equipments
Plastmore has invested on new lab equipments to enhance the value of its products. Her e is a brief information about what these equipments are and how they help us produce better products.
TENSILE AND COMPRESSION TEST DEVICE
Used in tensile, compression, rupture etc. tests for high strength materials and for measuring the endurance of such materials. With the help of this equipment we can measure the strength of the packages we are producing against pressure. We do the same to the corrugated cartons we are using as well. This helps us configuring the logistics aspects of our products.
MAGNA MIKE 8600
The Magna-Mike® 8600 is a portable thickness gage that uses a simple magnetic method to make reliable and repeatable measurements on nonferrous materials. We use this equipment to measure the wall thickness of our tubs and lids to ensure the thickness is the same over all surface.
MELT FLOW INDEXER
It is used in the determination of the flow values of melted plastic. It gives a quantitative value for the plastic’s flowing capacity during injection.
We use this equipment to dry the objects before we conduct the smell and swap tests.
Other than these we also have a freezer that we use to freeze the icecream packages before we conduct the drop tests.
Furthermore, Quality Control is taking samples on a regular basis for better traceability.
Plastmore will not hesitate investing on technology to maintain its principle of continuous betterment of service and product quality.
